Al Nahla Group Started a new Leaders Coaching Program

In pursuing the company’s strategy, thus developing managers and leaders coaching skills, the HR Department of Al Nahla Group established a new approach to the leaders coaching development program that focuses on improving the leader’s coaching skills.

The session which contained more than 25 participants from all subsidiaries took three days place on the beginning of October, at The Galleria Hotel, Jeddah/ Saudi Arabia

A specialized training consultant gave this program that highlights the principles to enable the leaders to understand their subordinate styles and how to best coach and motivate them in an interactive session.

Mr. Amro Kandil the CHRO of the Group commented “the program is provided to develop our leaders’ coaching skills through a rich program that diagnoses development areas, and sheds light on their strengths. “

The OD Manager Mr. Nader Al Amoudi said, “As an OD & Learning and development practitioner, I saw one of the best teams I interacted with during the leadership coaching program, and it overjoys me to see this level of excitement and passion.”

Nader added, “I hope all participants will benefit and use what they learned in this program whether in the workplace or their personal lives.”

It should be noted that this program is just the beginning of the strategic journey to develop managers and leaders to become a better-performing organization.
