Mr. Yasser is a member of the Board of Directors of AlNahla Group and Vice-Chairman of the Committee of AlNahla Real Estate. Furthermore, he occupies many honorable positions in several companies across the region and worldwide. These positions include the Chairman of AL Aziz Holding Trading & Contracting Company Ltd. (Saudi Arabia), and Al Aziz Offshore Company Ltd. (Lebanon). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Golden Pyramids Plaza (Egypt), Arab Real Estate Investment Company (Egypt), Golden Coast (Egypt), El Abnaa for Touristic Development Company (Egypt), AlNahla Aviation Company Ltd. (Cayman Islands), AlNahla Technology Company Ltd. (Cayman Islands), AlNahla Trading and Contracting Company Ltd. (Saudi Arabia), AlNahla for Urban Development Company (Saudi Arabia), Al Nahla Offshore Company (British Virgin Islands), Saudi Arabian Marketing and Agencies Company Ltd. (Saudi Arabia), Fast Auto Technic Company Ltd. (Saudi Arabia), Al Ameen Real Estate Company (Saudi Arabia), and AlNahla Holdings (Saudi Arabia). Mr. Yasser received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University, Switzerland.
