Samaco Toys & Leisure Hosts Sales Skills Training Day

On Saturday, August 17th, Samaco Toys & Leisure held a full-day training session on “Sales Skills” in the company’s main hall. The program aimed to enhance employees’ sales techniques, improve customer interactions, and drive business growth.

The training featured the Quota Sales Performance Game, an interactive and team-building experience designed to develop critical sales skills while engaging participants in a fun and competitive environment. Through this game, employees learned essential competencies such as prospecting for new business, presentation skills, competitive selling practices, and major account development. The program also covered the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and securing customer loyalty, equipping the team with the tools needed for successful business-to-business (B2B) sales.
