Al Nahla Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Faisal Ahmed Bukhari as Group Chief Human Resources Officer.

Mr. Bukhari joins Al Nahla Group with leadership experience in human resources spanning manufacturing, real estate development, and both public and private institutions. Most recently, he served as Chief Human Capital Officer and Executive Director for Public Investment Fund projects, where he played a central role in shaping and executing human capital strategies for one of the region’s most prominent investment organizations.

Throughout his career, Mr. Bukhari has built a strong record in establishing HR functions from the ground up, leading large-scale transformation programs, and creating high-performing work environments where people strategies are closely aligned with business growth. His expertise spans leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and the design of total rewards systems – complemented by governance experience through board nomination and remuneration committees.

Mr. Bukhari holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He is an IMD-certified Executive Coach and a chartered member of the CIPD.
