In pursuing the company’s strategy, thus developing managers and leaders coaching skills, the HR Department of Al Nahla Group established a new approach to the leaders coaching development program that focuses on improving the leader’s coaching skills.

The session which contained more than 25 participants from all subsidiaries took three days place on the beginning of October, at The Galleria Hotel, Jeddah/ Saudi Arabia

A specialized training consultant gave this program that highlights the principles to enable the leaders to understand their subordinate styles and how to best coach and motivate them in an interactive session.

Mr. Amro Kandil the CHRO of the Group commented “the program is provided to develop our leaders’ coaching skills through a rich program that diagnoses development areas, and sheds light on their strengths. “

The OD Manager Mr. Nader Al Amoudi said, “As an OD & Learning and development practitioner, I saw one of the best teams I interacted with during the leadership coaching program, and it overjoys me to see this level of excitement and passion.”

Nader added, “I hope all participants will benefit and use what they learned in this program whether in the workplace or their personal lives.”

It should be noted that this program is just the beginning of the strategic journey to develop managers and leaders to become a better-performing organization.

Al Ameen Real Estate Company (Subsidiary of AlNahla Group) participated in the “Projects of Distinguished Cities During the Reign of King Salman” Exhibition which ran from Sept. 24 to 28 in the Capital City of Riyadh.

The Event organized by the Saudi Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, exhibition, and forum aimed at presenting the significant projects that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is implementing in effective partnership between the public and private sectors to develop all regions, cities, and governorates of Saudi Arabia; highlighting the successes under the umbrella of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs to develop cities/townships and increase their efficiencies according to the standards of the Quality of Life Program.

Keeping up with the Saudi National Day 92 Our Group employees participated in the 292 Volunteer Initiative.

Inspired by the slogan “This is Our Home”, a group of our employees in Al Nahla Group and its subsidiaries participated this morning in the volunteering initiative which provided more than 292 gifts to the workers of Al Baghdadiya Housing Project that includes a set of helpful products for taking rest at their working place in a comfortable way.

This initiative was supported by the trading sector in the Group, and 25 employees participated to facilitate delivering the gifts to thank the engineering teams and their workers for building one of the important projects of Al Ameen Real Estate.

On the other hand, the participants expressed their happiness and great satisfaction with such initiatives and they hope to continue them to activate the Social Responsibility value.

Saudi Arabia, January, 24, 2022 – Tourism Development Fund (TDF) today announced a strategic partnership with Al-Ameen, the real estate arm of Al Nahla Group, to launch a SAR 300 million tourism project in Taif, Saudi Arabia.

Named ‘Taif Front’, the 100,000 square meter destination will be ideally located at the heart of Taif. It will feature upscale accommodation with 150 keys, premium retail and entertainment offerings including F&B outlets, and other world-class facilities.

Designed to reflect Taif’s reputation as one of Saudi Arabia’s leading summer destinations, the project will have significant outdoor space for guests to enjoy the region’s attractive weather and outdoor activities. The project will be the First of a kind ”Retailtainment” that will combine retail and entertainment offering a unique travel experience for both domestic and international tourists . The project will feature shopping centers with a range of large international flagship stores, as well as a lively boulevard with local and international brand outlets. The site is also close to attractions such as King Fahad Park, the largest garden in the city of Taif.
